About Us: The Tacoma Parents of Multiples
Tacoma Parents of Multiples [TPOM] is a nonprofit (501c3) organization open to all parents or gaurdians of multiple-birth children. Our membership area covers Tacoma and the surrounding Pierce County area.
Since 1969, TPOM has continued to be a vital resource for support, education and providing a social network for mothers and fathers of multiples.
TPOM began as a manifistation of a dream of four mothers of twins who came to know each other through a magazine article along with the National Organization's assistance in "piecing them together". Since then, TPOM has been an active organizational member of the Northwest Association of Twins Club and National Organization. Membership in TPOMC automatically bestows membership in both of these organizations.
There are many benefits to membership with TPOM:
Unlimited Parenting Educational Resources for Multiples
- Subscription to TPOMC's monthly newsletter, The Tacoma Twinformer, keeping you updated on TPOM happenings, interesting articles and more!
